About the role

Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools is seeking an inspiring Pre‑Prep Teacher to join the founding team of its new campus in Gurugram, India. You will help design and deliver a world‑class early years programme that blends the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum with a child‑centred, holistic approach.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative, play‑based learning experiences that develop language, literacy, numeracy, and socio‑emotional skills.
• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum.
• Use storytelling, song, movement and hands‑on exploration to foster curiosity and critical thinking.
• Differentiate instruction to meet each child’s developmental stage, interests and needs.
• Observe, document and assess children’s progress, using data to refine teaching strategies.
• Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that promotes safety, wellbeing and cultural appreciation.

Required profile

• Passionate early childhood educator with deep expertise in early years pedagogy.
• Warmth, imagination and a commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Flexibility and ambition to thrive in a dynamic, high‑performance setting.
• Willingness to undergo rigorous child‑protection screening, including police clearances for all countries of residence.
