Pre-Opening Hotel Staff – Multiple Positions

About the role

Mayfair Chilika Lake is preparing to open its new resort in Satapada, Puri, Odisha and is building a pre‑opening team. The hotel seeks enthusiastic hospitality professionals for a wide range of positions across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Spa, Sales, Finance and other support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality guest service in line with brand standards.
• Set up and operate departmental processes during the pre‑opening phase.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and maintenance of hotel facilities.
• Support recruitment, training and onboarding of new staff.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the advertised function (e.g., front office, F&B, housekeeping, engineering, security, spa, sales, finance).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
