PR Executive / Senior Executive – B2B Practice

About the role

Adfactors PR is seeking dynamic PR professionals to join its B2B Practice in Mumbai. The role involves managing corporate and B2B communication projects, crafting compelling narratives, and supporting clients in establishing thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute B2B client mandates such as press releases, media advisories, leadership profiling, and weekly reporting.
• Contribute to strategic communication planning across traditional, digital, and industry platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with business journalists, trade media, and sector influencers.
• Identify story opportunities by tracking industry developments and trends.
• Collaborate with senior team members to uncover new business opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for integrated communication campaigns.
• Prepare client reports, performance metrics, and campaign analyses.
• Participate in internal brainstorming and support a high‑performance team culture.

Required profile

• 1‑6 years of experience in PR/Communications, preferably B2B or corporate PR.
• Strong writing and business storytelling abilities.
• Ability to understand technical or industry‑specific subjects.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
