Post-Close Analyst – Construction Documentation

About the role

Altisource is seeking a detail‑oriented Post‑Close Analyst to join its Granite team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on reviewing construction documentation, managing inspection orders, and ensuring accurate budget tracking for US mortgage projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update construction documents in the system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain construction budget details and place inspection orders with field inspectors.
• Assign inspection orders to nearby inspectors, track acceptance, and schedule within required timeframes.
• Communicate with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure order fulfillment and schedule site inspections across the United States.
• Notify clients of order status updates through email and chat to maintain transparency.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing documentation.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and inspectors.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with US mortgage document review processes.
