Portfolio Revenue Manager

About the role

The Portfolio Revenue Manager will support the hotel’s management team in defining and executing revenue strategies across multiple brands and market segments. This role ensures a strong revenue management culture throughout the property by coaching staff and aligning daily operations with the overall business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s business mix and pricing strategy for upcoming periods, considering seasonality and day‑type.
• Coach and train hotel teams to embed a revenue‑management mindset, including weekly yield meetings.
• Execute multi‑brand revenue management methods to maximise turnover in line with brand, market and customer requirements.
• Monitor market performance, update forecasts, quote group business and alert the General Manager when deviations occur.
• Make daily decisions on pricing, inventory (open/close), distribution channels and group quotations to optimise turnover.
• Ensure recommendations are applied in the reservation and front‑desk systems (PMS, TARS, RMS) and that data is kept current.

Required profile

• MBA or degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑time revenue management experience in the hospitality sector.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), TARS and revenue management systems (RMS).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
