About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in a restaurant or hotel environment. The role involves assisting chefs, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Handle storage, inventory, and stock rotation of ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during service periods to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in a kitchen or food‑service role.
- Ability to work six days a week with one day off.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving in a fast‑paced environment.
