Polier (m/w/d)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Polier (foreman) to lead our construction teams on site. The role involves overseeing high‑rise and civil engineering projects, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating paving and expansion work.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on high‑rise and civil engineering sites.
• Manage paving operations and building extensions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with site personnel and report progress to management.

Required profile

• Successfully completed vocational training in a construction trade.
• Preferably finished a dedicated foreman (Polier) training course.
• Strong sense of responsibility, quality awareness, and reliable work ethic.
• Team‑oriented, flexible, and confident in a leadership role.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence.
