About the role
The PM/PMO will support senior management in defining project plans, benefits, and stakeholder engagement for banking and financial services initiatives. The role involves managing multiple work‑stream dependencies, delivering executive storytelling, and providing innovative ideas with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Define project plans, benefits, and success criteria.
- Facilitate senior stakeholder meetings and communicate progress.
- Highlight achievements and deliver executive storytelling.
- Manage dependencies across multiple work streams.
- Work independently with minimal guidance.
- Generate ideas and suggestions to improve project outcomes.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in project, program or portfolio management.
- Proven experience in the banking or financial services domain.
- Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive project governance.
