PMP Trainer – Teach Project Management Professionals

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PMP Trainer to deliver high‑quality Project Management Professional certification courses to learners worldwide. The role involves both in‑person and virtual instruction, curriculum development, and coaching candidates through their exam preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct instructor‑led PMP training sessions on‑site and via virtual platforms.
• Design, review and update course materials, presentations, practice exams and study guides in line with the latest PMI standards.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and mentorship to candidates who need additional support.
• Track learner attendance, progress and certification outcomes, and report results.
• Stay current with PMI updates, exam changes and emerging project‑management methodologies.
• Collaborate with the training team to create innovative learning tools and resources.

Required profile

• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
• Proven experience in project management and solid knowledge of the PMBOK Guide.
• Previous experience delivering PMP training or adult education.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
