PMO – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)

About the role

The PMO Support resource will provide project coordination, governance, and reporting support to the Risk Uplift & Remediation workstream within Capco’s Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme. Working closely with the Workstream Lead and the wider programme team, you will help ensure effective planning, tracking and delivery of activities while maintaining alignment with programme standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and dependency registers.
• Coordinate the production of status reports, governance packs and stakeholder communications.
• Track milestones, deliverables and remediation activities, escalating issues as needed.
• Support governance meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions.
• Ensure workstream documentation and programme artefacts are kept up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Experience in a PMO, project coordination or programme support role within a change or transformation environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in risk, remediation, regulatory change or Third‑Party Risk Management programmes is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentation.
• Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as JIRA, MS Project or Clarity.
