PMO – Programme Management Officer

About the role

Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, is seeking a PMO to develop and sustain the programme governance framework, ensure compliance with standards, and support delivery across large financial services programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain the programme governance framework, including reporting cadence, meeting structures and artefacts.
• Ensure compliance with Change Delivery Standards (CDS) and promote awareness across the programme.
• Conduct regular reviews of programme adherence to standards and promote consistency in documentation, RAID logs and change controls.
• Maintain accurate programme data in the Bank’s systems (Clarity, Azure DevOps) and support teams within the programme.
• Prepare high‑quality materials for the Programme Steering Committee such as terms of reference, progress reports and meeting minutes.
• Support the Programme/Project Manager in planning, tracking milestones, risk and issue management, resource forecasting and financial oversight.
• Produce progress reports, dashboards and status updates for stakeholders and keep the system updated with benefits forecasts.
• Coordinate communication, stakeholder engagement and change‑management activities across business units and external partners.
