PMO Business Applications Specialist

About the role

The PMO Business Applications Specialist provides day‑to‑day support and administration of key business applications, primarily NetSuite, to ensure accurate data, smooth project and billing processes, and high service levels across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NetSuite user access, roles, permissions and employee lifecycle administration.
• Support project administration, billing, pricing, labour costs and business master data within NetSuite.
• Provide Jira user support, issue resolution and maintain Confluence documentation for PMO governance.
• Produce operational reports, dashboards and management reporting; ensure data quality and KPI tracking.
• Administer timesheets, including investigations, approvals, corrections and bulk updates while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience independently managing complex business application support, especially NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Required skills
