Plumbing Designer – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer to join our multidisciplinary team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive plumbing layouts for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use real estate projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop plumbing layouts and designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
• Design water supply, drainage, stormwater, sewage, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS codes, and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, technical reports, and as‑built drawings.
• Conduct design quality checks and site visits.
• Incorporate sustainable solutions such as rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling, and water‑saving systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years of relevant plumbing design experience.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit.
• Understanding of plumbing codes and standards (NBC, IS).
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
