Plumber/Electrician – Hotel Maintenance Role

About the role

Accor is seeking a versatile Plumber/Electrician to join the maintenance team of one of its hotels. You will ensure that all building systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently, providing a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on all hotel facilities and equipment.
• Identify safety issues throughout the property and take immediate corrective action.
• Assist guests with information and support regarding property facilities.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage, and fixtures.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, perform basic repairs, and test equipment.
• Carry out light construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, and ceiling work as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts promptly.

Required profile

• Relevant building maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
