Plant Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Engineer to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our equipment and machinery. The role involves troubleshooting, data‑driven analysis, and collaboration with production teams to minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to keep equipment and machinery operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, developing and executing maintenance plans to minimise downtime.
• Analyse data to identify trends, diagnose issues and develop solutions that improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with production teams, management and suppliers to create maintenance plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, schematics and procedures to support maintenance work.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and thorough knowledge of equipment and machinery.
