Plant Logistics Manager

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Plant Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations for its manufacturing facility in India. You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of raw materials, work‑in‑process, and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and on‑time delivery to various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving of raw materials and packaging materials and issue them to production according to plan.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, perform stock accounting, and reconcile material consumption.
• Oversee finished‑goods dispatch to retail, e‑commerce, export, and other distribution channels.
• Handle indirect material engineering store inventory and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Supervise 3P warehouse operations, including co‑packing, dispatch, and depot deliveries.
• Implement safety policies, conduct hazard identification, and ensure a safe warehouse environment.
• Participate in manpower planning, production scheduling, and waste‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading plant logistics or supply‑chain operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock accounting, and material flow.
• Ability to work closely with production teams and support material reconciliation.
• Experience managing both direct and indirect material stores.
• Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement.
