Planning Manager - Semiconductor Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead scheduling and resource planning for semiconductor facility projects. The role will support large‑scale industrial and high‑tech construction programmes, ensuring alignment with milestones and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, aligning them with project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate resource allocation, cost forecasting and integration with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Monitor progress, update schedules to reflect actual performance and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify schedule risks, develop mitigation strategies and manage change orders with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate planning records, support cost control activities and ensure compliance with EPC workflows and local codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• 12+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling for industrial or high‑tech projects, preferably semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Primavera P6 certification and proven expertise with MS Project.
• Experience with ERP planning tools and knowledge of international standards and local codes.
