About the role
We are looking for a skilled Pizzaïolo / Pizzaïola to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for preparing authentic wood‑fired pizzas and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation during our opening days from Tuesday to Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pizzas using a wood‑fired oven, maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Work independently, managing your own workflow and timing.
- Monitor and replenish ingredient stocks to avoid shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area.
Required profile
- Passion for traditional pizza making and experience with wood‑fired ovens.
- Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions.
- Strong organizational skills for stock management.
