Picking & Packing Staff – Bottle Manufacturing

About the role

Join a fast‑paced FMCG manufacturing facility in India as a Picking & Packing Staff member. You will be responsible for preparing finished bottles for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality while meeting tight dispatch deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Select, sort and bundle bottles according to packing lists and batch codes with zero error tolerance.
• Operate manual and semi‑automated equipment such as shrink‑wrap machines, label applicators and palletizers safely and efficiently.
• Load pallets or cartons, verifying correct count, weight and labeling for outbound shipments.
• Check packed units against SOPs, flagging defects, damaged packaging or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized packing zone and follow OSHA and internal safety protocols.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to achieve daily shipment targets and support inventory audits.

Required profile

• Manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive lifting (up to 25 kg), standing and bending during 8‑hour shifts.
• Basic literacy to read packing slips, batch codes and digital labels accurately.
• Valid work permit or local employment eligibility in India.
• Experience in FMCG, bottling or warehousing environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Operation of shrink‑wrap machines, label applicators and palletizers.
• Use of barcode scanners or RF devices.
• FIFO stock handling and inventory labeling systems.
• Knowledge of quality checkpoints in packaging.
