Picker / Packer – Flexible Delivery Role

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our delivery team as Picker / Packers. This role is ideal for candidates seeking full‑time or part‑time work with flexible hours, allowing you to earn based on the number of deliveries you complete and performance incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up grocery and other customer orders from assigned stores.
• Deliver orders safely and on time to customers using a personal bike or scooter.
• Use the company’s delivery application to manage, track, and update order status.
• Verify customer details and delivery locations before each drop‑off.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and follow safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Own Android smartphone with 4G and active internet connection.
• Own bike or scooter for deliveries.
• Valid Aadhaar, PAN card, and a bank account.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
