Picker / Packer – Flexible Delivery Partner

About the role

This position is for individuals who want to work as a Picker / Packer and Delivery Partner, handling grocery and other customer orders. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules, allowing you to work according to your personal convenience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from assigned stores and deliver them safely to customers.
• Use delivery applications to manage, track, and complete assigned orders.
• Verify customer details and delivery locations before each drop‑off.
• Maintain professional behavior and follow company safety guidelines.
• Update delivery records and order status in real time.
• Achieve performance targets by completing deliveries efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Own an Android smartphone with 4G connectivity and active internet.
• Own a bike or scooter for deliveries.
• Valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a bank account.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior delivery experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using an Android smartphone.
• Ability to navigate and operate delivery applications.
