About the role
Join Blinkit’s fast‑growing dark‑store network as a Picker & Packer. You will work inside a dedicated dark store, handling orders from picking to packing and ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Pack orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Manage day‑to‑day dark store operations, including putaway activities.
- Arrange products in designated locations and conduct item audits.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
- Follow safety and operational procedures.
- Complete daily picking, packing, and store operation targets.
- Attend training provided after joining.
Required profile
- No bike required.
- Flexible shift timings with one weekly off.
- Willingness to attend training and follow safety procedures.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000.
- Joining bonus up to ₹5,000.
- Performance bonus up to ₹3,000.
- Provident Fund (PF) and medical insurance.
- One weekly off and flexible shift timings.
