Picker – Full-time (Kerala)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Picker to join our fast‑growing on‑demand service team in Kerala, India. This full‑time, on‑site position involves selecting items from inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and pick products from storage areas according to order specifications.
• Verify expiry dates, packaging integrity, and correct quantities.
• Prepare picked items for dispatch and coordinate with packers and delivery staff to meet tight timelines.
• Maintain organized shelves and stock zones, performing basic inventory checks.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
• Basic inventory and stock‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Good physical stamina – ability to stand, walk, lift and move products throughout a shift.
• Minimum secondary‑school education (or equivalent) and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Prior experience in warehousing, retail, or order fulfillment is beneficial but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Handheld device operation for order processing (training provided).
