Physiotherapist (Movement Coach) – Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a Physiotherapist (Movement Coach) to lead our group “Mind & Body” sessions for seniors in Mumbai. You will guide 6‑12 participants through functional movement routines, ensure safety, and create an energetic environment that keeps them coming back.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group sessions focused on functional strength, balance and dual‑task training.
• Monitor participants’ safety, adapt exercises for individual injuries or limitations.
• Promote fall‑risk reduction and pre‑habitation strategies.
• Foster a lively, community‑focused atmosphere that motivates seniors.
• Collaborate with the early‑stage team to shape the senior‑fitness program.

Required profile

• Fresh BPT graduate or 0‑2 years of experience as a physiotherapist.
• Passion for community‑based, high‑energy group work over one‑on‑one clinical settings.
• Strong clinical empathy and understanding of fear of falling, joint stiffness, and injury prevention.
• Enthusiasm for “pre‑hab” and building strength before injuries occur.

Required skills

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT).
• Knowledge of functional movement, fall prevention and dual‑task training.
• Experience leading group exercise sessions.
• Ability to modify exercises for individual injuries safely.
