About the role

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to support oncology patient care through communication, counseling, and medication management. The role involves maintaining databases, ensuring proper drug dispensing, and upholding quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and counsel patients to improve health outcomes.
• Advertise services and generate quality leads.
• Dispense oncology medications as prescribed by oncologists.
• Maintain patient care database with up‑to‑date information.
• Operate the unit dose area and drug‑mixing room.
• Verify findings and reports to support data accuracy.
• Enforce organizational standards to maintain quality service.
• Attend educational workshops to keep professional knowledge current.

Required profile

• Passionate about patient communication and counseling.
• Preferable qualification: Pharm D or Doctor of Pharmacy.

Required skills

• Knowledge of oncology medications and drug dispensing procedures.
• Experience with patient care database entry and management.
• Ability to operate unit dose and drug‑mixing equipment.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance for medication handling.
