Pharmacy Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacy Operations Executive to join our team and manage the end‑to‑end processing of medicine orders. The role is ideal for recent graduates with a D.Pharm or B.Pharm who are eager to start a career in pharmaceutical logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Process and prepare medicine orders received from customers.
• Pick, pack and label medicines accurately according to order specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and report low‑stock items.
• Verify expiry dates and maintain up‑to‑date inventory records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and organization of pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the medicine storage area.
• Support compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Assist with dispatch and delivery coordination when required.

Required profile

• D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree (mandatory).
• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
• Basic computer proficiency, preferably with Microsoft Excel.
