About the role

The Pharmacy Manager will lead daily pharmacy operations at partner healthcare facilities in Sitapur. This full‑time, on‑site position involves supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring accurate dispensing, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The role also focuses on financial performance, cost control, and enhancing patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and staff, providing training and performance oversight.
• Manage medication inventory, procurement, and real‑time stock monitoring.
• Verify prescriptions, ensure accurate dispensing, and provide medication counseling.
• Implement standardized workflows and support automated, technology‑enabled pharmacy processes.
• Monitor pharmacy financials, contribute to cost‑control and revenue‑enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, institutional, and patient‑safety standards.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize service quality.
• Oversee immunization services, including vaccine storage and administration.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree with valid registration to the relevant pharmacy council.
• Proven experience in hospital or institutional pharmacy management, including inventory control and billing systems.
• Familiarity with technology‑enabled pharmacy systems and healthcare IT platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Experience with cost control and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Commitment to high standards of patient safety and ethics.
