Pharmacy In‑Charge (Noida/Delhi)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy In‑Charge to lead the pharmacy operations of our clinic in Noida/Delhi. The role involves managing medication dispensing, inventory, and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent patient service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy workflow and ensure smooth operations.
• Dispense medicines accurately according to prescriptions and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, place orders, and monitor expiries.
• Operate pharmacy software (Marg ERP) for inventory, billing and record‑keeping.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, pharmacy regulations and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical staff and patients on prescription queries.
• Verify medication quality, storage conditions and expiry dates.
• Handle patient inquiries professionally and provide medication guidance.
• Support audits, documentation and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing pharmacy operations in a healthcare, dermatology or specialty clinic.
• Valid Uttar Pradesh Pharmacist Registration License.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, inventory control and dispensing practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication and patient‑centric skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Marg ERP or similar pharmacy management software.
