About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy In‑Charge to lead pharmacy operations in a fast‑paced healthcare setting. The role involves managing medication dispensing, inventory, and regulatory compliance while delivering high‑quality patient service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy workflow and ensure smooth operations.
• Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions and legal guidelines.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, place orders, and prevent stock shortages or expiries.
• Operate pharmacy software (e.g., Marg ERP) for inventory, billing, and record‑keeping.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical staff, and patients regarding prescriptions and medication usage.
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, sales, and inventory transactions.
• Verify medication quality, storage conditions, and expiry dates.
• Handle patient queries professionally and support audit processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing pharmacy operations in a healthcare, dermatology, or specialty clinic.
• Valid Uttar Pradesh Pharmacist Registration License.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, inventory control, and dispensing practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced clinical environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Marg ERP or similar pharmacy management software.

What we offer

• Salary range: Rs 250,000 – 350,000 per year (INR 2.5‑3.5 LPA).
