About the role
We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist or Senior Pharmacist to join our pharmacy in Giddalur. The role involves accurate dispensing of medicines and providing professional advice to patients.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately dispense medications according to prescriptions, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Provide expert advice on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of commercial drugs and continuously update pharmacy stock.
- Handle prescriptions with precision while complying with regulatory standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and address patient inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and medication management.
- Ensure secure storage of medicines and monitor expired inventory.
- Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organization for efficient operation.
Required profile
- D.Pharm, B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- Registration with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) required.
Required skills
- Updated knowledge of commercial drugs.
- Prescription handling.
