Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist or Senior Pharmacist to join our reputable pharmacy in Badvel. The role involves accurate dispensing, patient counseling, and maintaining pharmacy operations in compliance with regulations. You will work on‑site to ensure the highest standards of service for our community.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
• Provide expert advice on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage to patients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of commercial drugs and update pharmacy stock with new medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management.
• Offer excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries professionally.
• Ensure secure storage of medicines, monitor expired inventory, and uphold pharmacy cleanliness and organization.

Required profile

• D. Pharm, B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
• Registration with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) required.

Required skills

• Updated knowledge of commercial drugs.
• Prescription handling.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
