Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (On‑Site)

About the role

New Patidar Medical Stores is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Pharmacist to join its retail pharmacy in Indore. You will be responsible for accurate dispensing, patient counseling, and supporting the store’s home‑delivery service while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medicines accurately, verifying prescriptions and checking for drug interactions and contraindications.
• Counsel customers on proper medication use, dosage, potential side effects, and general health and wellness products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records and ensure proper documentation of dispensed medicines.
• Manage inventory, monitor expiry dates, and ensure correct storage conditions for all pharmaceuticals.
• Support home‑delivery operations, preparing orders and coordinating timely deliveries.
• Uphold pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards in daily operations.

Required profile

• Professional pharmacy qualification (Diploma or B.Sc. Pharmacy) with a valid registration/license as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, prescription interpretation, dosage calculations, and drug interactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a patient‑centered approach.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for accurate dispensing and record‑keeping.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Indore, including weekends or extended hours as needed.

• Basic computer literacy for billing, inventory management systems, and digital record maintenance.
