Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy in Ahmedabad. This full‑time hybrid position combines onsite work with occasional remote duties, allowing you to serve our community while maintaining flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Provide clear counseling on dosage, side effects, and safe usage.
• Manage inventory, check expiry dates, and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with physicians or clinics when needed and recommend over‑the‑counter products.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.

Required profile

• Formal pharmacy education (B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or equivalent) with a valid pharmacist registration/license.
• Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, drug interactions, and basic clinical pharmacology.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability, ethical conduct, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with hybrid work practices.
• Prior retail pharmacy experience is beneficial; familiarity with local languages and community needs is a plus.
