About the role
We are seeking a Pharmacist – Procurement Executive to lead international pharmaceutical sourcing and manage supplier relationships. The role involves coordinating with sales, logistics and regulatory teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective procurement.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with international pharmaceutical suppliers for new enquiries.
- Obtain and compare prices, availability, lead times, MOQ and supply terms.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms professionally.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely responses.
- Identify and develop new international supplier relationships.
- Prepare supplier comparison and procurement reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Regulatory teams.
- Maintain updated supplier, product and pricing databases.
Required profile
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Confidence in dealing with international suppliers.
- Proactive, organised and strong in follow‑ups.
- Pharmaceutical procurement or sourcing experience is an advantage.
