Pharmacist – Longevity & Wellness

About the role

The Ageless is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Pharmacist to join its longevity ecosystem in Surat, India. You will dispense medications, supplements and specialised longevity products while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting personalised health‑optimization plans for high‑performance members.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions, calculate dosages and dispense medications, supplements and longevity products accurately.
• Counsel members on appropriate medication and supplement use, highlighting potential drug‑supplement interactions.
• Document all interventions in line with the company’s longevity protocols and electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with clinicians, health coaches and diagnostic teams to tailor health‑optimization plans.
• Maintain inventory, ensure proper storage conditions and support quality‑assurance processes for the longevity product marketplace.
• Contribute to member education initiatives on preventive care and health‑span optimisation.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree with valid registration with the relevant pharmacy council.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations and evidence‑based prescribing.
• Experience in clinical or retail pharmacy operations, including prescription verification and medication counseling.
• Familiarity with nutraceuticals, supplements and wellness products related to metabolic, cardiovascular health and healthy ageing.
• Comfort using digital health tools, electronic health records and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
