About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The role involves ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing, providing patient counseling, and supporting overall pharmacy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.
• Dispense medications and give clear instructions on proper use.
• Counsel patients on dosage, side effects, drug interactions, and storage.
• Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate patient medication records.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, storing, and monitoring stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and pharmacy policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff where applicable.
• Participate in health promotion activities such as immunisation programmes and medication awareness campaigns.

Required profile

• Qualified pharmacist with a valid license to practice.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for patient counseling and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
