Pharmacist – Fill & Dispense Medications

About the role

The pharmacist will ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medication prescriptions while providing essential counseling to patients. This position works closely with the broader healthcare team to optimise treatment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately fill and dispense medication prescriptions according to healthcare provider instructions.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and answer treatment‑related questions.
• Check for possible drug interactions and allergies to protect patient safety.
• Maintain detailed, up‑to‑date records of dispensed medications and patient consultations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and pharmacy regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills in pharmacy practice.
