Pharmacist – Dispensing, Patient Consultation & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in a fast‑paced environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, working closely with healthcare professionals and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed medications, providing dosage and usage instructions.
• Consult patients on medication therapy, covering side effects, interactions, and storage.
• Maintain inventory levels, monitor expiration dates, and ensure proper storage of all pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with clinicians to assess and optimise medication therapy for individual patients.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical guidelines and participate in training sessions.
• Maintain detailed patient records, including medication histories and treatment plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm, PharmD, etc.) or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Up to one year of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is a plus.
