Pharmacist – Dispensing, Counseling & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The role focuses on delivering safe pharmaceutical care, providing patient counseling, and managing medication inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions in line with doctors' orders while ensuring patient safety.
• Provide clear counseling to patients about medication usage, potential side effects, and proper storage.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of medication stock and assist in inventory control to avoid shortages or excess.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and support medication adjustments in coordination with prescribers.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D) or related fields such as BDS, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing and record‑keeping.
• Team‑oriented approach to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with pharmaceutical advancements.
