Pharmacist – Dispensing, Consultation & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team and ensure the safe, effective use of medications. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals and patients to improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed medications, providing dosage and usage instructions.
• Consult patients on medication therapy, covering side effects, interactions, and storage requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor expiration dates, and ensure proper storage of all pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess and optimise individual medication therapy plans.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical guidelines and participate in ongoing training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain detailed patient records, including medication histories and treatment plans, for compliance and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm, PharmD, etc.) or related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care.
• Up to one year of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is a plus.
