Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy (Raipur)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our community-focused pharmacy in Raipur. The role involves dispensing medications accurately, providing clear guidance to customers, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and validate prescriptions.
• Counsel customers on dosage, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Maintain and update patient records in digital and paper formats.
• Ensure strict adherence to pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee product availability.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support OTC medication selection.
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) with a valid pharmacist license.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, prescription interpretation, drug interactions, and dosage calculations.
• Experience in retail or community pharmacy operations.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Raipur, including shift, weekend or extended hours.
• Organized, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and insurance processes.
