Pharmaceuticals Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Pharmaceuticals Sales Representative to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical portfolio to doctors, pharmacists and hospitals across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists and hospital administrators.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate providers about our innovative medicines.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing customer‑focused sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend medical conferences, seminars and trade shows to expand product knowledge and network.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and market intelligence using CRM software.
• Travel extensively within the Hyderabad region to meet clients and prospects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of medical terminology, local healthcare systems and industry regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Hyderabad.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is a plus.
