Talent Leap Private Limited is seeking a driven Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for mid and senior positions within the pharmaceutical and animal health sectors. This full‑time, onsite role is based in Mumbai and offers a performance‑based compensation model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and commercial roles across pharma and animal health companies.
• Source, evaluate, and close top talent using strategic sourcing and assessment methods.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment, negotiate offers, and ensure swift closures.
• Maintain clear hiring data, market insights, and organized candidate pipelines.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key business partners.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience in pharma or non‑IT domains with a proven track record.
• Ability to work independently on critical and long‑aging mandates.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and resilience in a high‑pressure environment.
