Pest Control Technician

About the role

The Pest Control Technician will join CIVIC PEST BIRD CONTROL in Mumbai, delivering safe and effective pest treatment services to residential and commercial clients. Working full‑time on‑site, you will assess properties, identify pest problems and apply appropriate control measures while maintaining clear communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect homes and businesses to detect pest activity and determine treatment needs.
• Apply approved pest control products, set traps, and monitor ongoing activity.
• Document all services, treatments applied, and follow‑up actions in company records.
• Explain treatment plans, safety information and preventative advice to customers.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment, ensuring compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to share findings and improve service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to complete ongoing training.
• Prior experience in pest control or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors and varied environments.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and customer‑focused attitude.
