About the role

We are looking for compassionate personal assistants to support our clients in Mora and the surrounding area. The role involves providing individualized help in daily life, ensuring the client feels safe, respected, and independent.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as hygiene assistance and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Support everyday tasks like meal preparation, cleaning, and errands.
• Accompany clients to leisure activities and social events.
• Facilitate communication and social interaction according to each client’s needs.

Required profile

• Responsible, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping people.
• Flexible and able to adapt to varying situations and schedules.
• Proficient in spoken and written Swedish.
• Experience in personal assistance or health‑care is a plus, but personal suitability is most important.

Required skills

• Swedish language proficiency (spoken and written).
