About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Fitness Trainer to join our team and deliver customized training programs that help clients reach their health and performance goals. The role involves one‑on‑one coaching, client assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring in a supportive gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client objectives, preferences, and abilities.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions, demonstrate proper exercise technique, and provide real‑time feedback.
• Perform client assessments, set realistic goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
• Track client progress, adjust training plans as needed, and provide regular performance updates.
• Promote personal training services, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing members.

• Passion for fitness, healthy living, and helping others succeed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
