About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Trainer to join our team. In this role you will design and deliver customized fitness programs, coach clients one‑on‑one, and help them reach their health and performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design personalized fitness training programs tailored to each client’s objectives, needs, and preferences.
- Provide one‑on‑one coaching, demonstrate exercises, give feedback, and ensure safe execution.
- Conduct client assessments, set realistic goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Track client progress, deliver regular feedback, and adjust programs as required.
- Promote personal training services, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
Required profile
- Highly motivated and experienced in personal training.
- Strong ability to assess client fitness levels and set appropriate goals.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
