Personal Assistant & Household Manager – Luxury Private Household (Bengaluru)

About the role

We are looking for a polished, service‑oriented Personal Assistant and Household Manager to support a high‑profile family in Bengaluru. The role combines executive assistance with full‑time household oversight, ensuring the family’s global lifestyle and assets are managed seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate private services such as property maintenance, security, and asset utilisation.
• Prepare and manage the household budget, oversee procurement, track expenses, and maintain inventory.
• Supervise day‑to‑day estate operations, including cleaning, repairs, and overall property condition.
• Recruit, train, and manage household staff – cleaners, chefs, nannies, landscapers, and contractors.
• Assist with personal and professional scheduling, appointments, and time management for family members.
• Handle personal errands: shopping, dry‑cleaning, travel arrangements, visa applications, and transportation coordination.
• Organise high‑end events such as private dinners and social gatherings.
• Occasional domestic and minor international travel accompanying the principals.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or similar role, preferably within a family office or luxury service environment.
• Prior customer‑facing experience (e.g., Butler, Hospitality, Flight Attendant) is advantageous.
• Based in Bengaluru with strong familiarity with the local area.
• Fluent in English and Kannada.
• Demonstrated ability to meet ultra‑high‑net‑worth service standards.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management, and communication skills.
