Performance Testing Manager – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned Performance Testing Manager to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will lead performance testing initiatives, ensuring that software solutions meet rigorous quality and performance standards while supporting the firm’s innovative product development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using industry‑leading tools.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Analyze test results, generate performance reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and automation suites.
• Monitor system performance in production using monitoring tools and ensure compliance with SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with complex system architectures and network protocols.
