Performance Marketing Specialist (Social Media & Paid Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive traffic, conversions, and sales through data‑driven paid campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to design, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads that deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and continuously optimise Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Develop performance‑focused social media advertising strategies.
• Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates, adjusting tactics to improve results.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
• Analyse campaign data and implement optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing e‑commerce sales and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
